Diploma thesis topic: | The need for colour Colour design in a socio-educational youth residence |
Tutor: | Markus Anderegg |
Abstract: | The importance of colour effects for the design of socio-educational institutions is underestimated and therefore professional colour schemes are often not used.
The diploma thesis aims to prove the importance of colour design with expert knowledge, as well as to explain in detail the procedure of a practical colour design project for a youth residence. This sheds light on the subject and creates clarity for decision makers. The feedback on completion shows that the need for colour for the various rooms of the youth residence can be fulfilled adequately. With coordinated colour and material schemes, the usually difficult living situation of young people in socio-educational institutions can be influenced positively and the valuable work of the caring professionals can be supported. |
